Having interned at newspapers including The Sydney Morning Herald after high school and during university, I moved into magazines as the Lifestyle Editor at university publication Hearsay Magazine, while also broadcasting at the university radio station.
Taking on multiple internships while studying, I got a taste for multiple mediums and eventually felt most at home in TV, where I continued to work after completing a Communications (Journalism) bachelor's degree.
Beginning at Foxtel's XYZ Networks, as a young production assistant, I learned the ropes at Arena TV before moving across to The Weather Channel as a Producer, also taking on occasional reporting duties while at both networks.
Continuing in television for over 10 years, I've also worked on shows at Seven Network (Australia), Network Ten (Australia), ITV (UK), MBC (Middle East), as well as US production companies.
Throughout this time, I've had the pleasure of interviewing some amazing people, including: Mick Jagger, George Clooney, Chris Hemsworth, Richard Branson, Kim Kardashian, Jamie Foxx, Dame Helen Mirren, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Dame Julie Andrews...to name a few.
Having worked on live outdoor broadcasts, I channelled those skills into producing live events including international award shows and part of the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.
Moving into the online sphere in 2014, I was a Senior Showbiz Reporter for the most-read English news website in the world - Daily Mail / MailOnline.
Now returning to freelance, I'm back to working on Entertainment, Lifestyle, Fashion, Human Interest and General News across multiple facets of the media.
